today went for track and field training. SEAHZONGXIAN pangseh me! T.T same problem. i oversleep. i didn't get off from my bed even if i'm awake cause i'm so tired to move around. by the time i finish bathing it's like 1.20pm already. i have to eat and prepare for about 30mins ( i'm slow. i know ) it's around 1.50pm when i get off my house.
took a cab to school. i thought i'll be late. i reach school about 2plus. and i'm the first jumper to reach there i guess? haha. meet sinhung ashley they all at canteen1. proceed to clubhouse and then take bus.
training is at CCAB. coach want me to run 5 rounds on the track. 5ROUNDS LEH! i got no choice but to cheat lor. haha. before warm up we did 2rounds. then after warm up i did 1.5rounds and i went for jump. haha! first jump, BAD JUMP. i land with my BUTT. i'm starting to hate trainings cause i cant jump further than before. my best for today is only 5.2meters. zzz. and my injuries are making me hate trainings even more. saturday morning training again. i think i should skip that. by the time i wake up it's already 2plus? haha
ARGH I'M TIRED AND LAZY. sleep at 3ytd because of a cockroach! zzzzzzzzzz
